"There's a Tuscany still preserving its authenticity and wild beauty. In "Arezzo's land" you can still find places miraculously saved from the chaos of a "stop and go" kind of tourism. Small paradises where if you stop once, you will never go away; you will taste their food again and again, you will talk to it and to those who cook it and you will smell true flavours, rediscovering the pleasure of a meal."

"There is a few things one should know about this place: 1. You better speak at least a few words of Italian :) No English here 2. In a small Osteria like this, one pays at the counter on the way out. While in Germany and a few other countries this is usually done at the table. Other than that, this is very rustic and simple cuisine. This is were I learned what al dente really means. Would go back any time. Even the simple table wine for 2,50€ a glass was super enjoyable. Osteria perfection :)"
